1.Introduction of dryer

2. Principle of dryer

The drying heat sources of the tumble dryer include electric heating, wood-coal heating, gas, biomass pellet combustion and other heating methods. Therefore, the material that needs to be dried enters the cylinder from the feed port, and is lifted upward by the lifting plate. Under the gravity and the turning of the roller, the material is brought to the upper end and sprinkled continuously, so that the material forms a uniform layer in the roller. The curtain fully exchanges heat with the hot air in the cylinder. 3.Operation process

Check whether the power indicator light is normal, and check the power distribution cabinet regularly to see if the connecting wire is loose.

Before use, check whether the fasteners are tightened, whether the rotating parts are flexible, and whether there is lubricating oil in each bearing. The dryer should be placed on a stable ground.

(2) Press the heating button and set the temperature at 100°C (according to the raw material)

(3) Press the rotation button, and the equipment starts to run (forward rotation and feeding)

(4) At the same time, pour the material to be dried into the inlet for drying

(5) When the temperature rises to the set temperature, it will automatically stop heating

(6) Automatic alarm when the material reaches the required conditions

(7) When the alarm is heard, the material starts to be discharged, and the entire drying is completed

Remind you to add oil cake to the gear before starting the machine to keep it clean to reduce friction and prolong the service life; all kinds of bearings should be dismantled and cleaned every year and then filled with new butter. If it is not used for a long time, the switch must be in the OFF position.
