Intelligent lighting dimming controller is developed for poultry and pig project. This dimming controller can control lighting brightness and lighting time to simulate sunrise and sunset. It can create a suitable light environment,  multi-zone automatic dimming and achieve the purpose of energy saving.

1. Outside of the light dimming controller

>The switch is put outside of the control box with waterproof cover. Water proof grade is IP67.

>There is a delay protection module. When the power is turned on, it will start after a delay of about 30 seconds.

2. Inside of the light dimming controller

>There is surge protection module to protect against lightning strikes. 

>There is also voltage regulated power supply.  It can change input 220v voltage into output 48v voltage.

>It is equipped module for preventing pressure drop. 

When the current is transmitted through the electric wire, it will encounter resistance. If the length of the chicken house is very long, the voltage reaching the end of the chicken house will be less than the voltage at the head of the chicken house. In this way, the light brightness will be uneven.

This module can prevent light wane for long chicken house and keep the light brightness uniform.

>There is a thermostat. You can set the temperature by turning the knob. If reaching the setting temperature, the fan on 2 sides will be turned on for cooling down.

>There are 2 cooling fans and 2 air-inlets to ensure that the temperature inside the cabinet does not exceed 40℃.

All electrical components are semi-filled with glue. It can be more waterproof.

3. Mode of the light dimming controller

There are 3 modes. From left to right they are externally controlled mode, manual mode and automatical mode.

>Externally controlled mode:

It means the lighting system can be controlled by environmental controller.

It supports RS485 ModBus RTU or 0-10v analog signal. 

>Manual mode

Lighting brightness can be adjusted by both sliding the value and entering the value by keyboard on screen.

>Automatical mode

Chicks need different light brightness in different days.

The whole growth stage can also be divided into 7 stages.

There are also 7 periods in one day.

You can set start time, end time, and also brightness.
